Adelaide Sendlenski is a senior at Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn. She was born in New York and raised in Sydney, Australia. An avid classicist and language enthusiast, Adelaide devotes her spare time to reading Latin, Ancient Greek, and Sanskrit. Her poetry has been internationally recognized by Scholastic, Nancy Thorp, Woorilla, Ned Vizzini, New York Society Library, and more. Her up-and-coming literary magazine, Antigone Project, empowers a range of teen voices in the Classics.
